My Story
For 22 years, addiction had a firm grip on my life. It wasn't until 17 years ago that I set out on my journey towards recovery. I became involved in a horrific circumstance that led to me deciding enough was enough, I got on my knees and prayed for God to change my life.I began attending support meetings and at the same time pursued education, diving into addiction recovery programs with unwavering commitment. Through this process, I recognized a profound calling within me—to extend a helping hand to those battling addiction, much like I once did. Now, with 16 years of sobriety under my belt, I stand as a testament to the possibility of overcoming addiction and reclaiming one's life.
